Farmhouse #1: Whiteside Farm
This spacious farmhouse design plan features four bedrooms and four and a half baths. Whether you have a big family or expect plenty of guests, there's enough room for everyone.
Open Floor Plan
In the open floor plan living room and kitchen, an exposed-beam, vaulted ceiling lends architectural interest to this hangout space. From holiday dinners to lazy weekend movie marathons, this will be the heart of the home.
The Ultimate House for Hosting
With a kitchen that opens up to both the living room and dining room, the hosts can be busy prepping the meal without feeling left out of the conversation.
Farmhouse #2: Four Gables
If a porch has always landed near the top of your dream home wishlist, Southern Living has tons of house plans for you, including this charming Four Gables farmhouse.
A Kitchen With Storage Built Right In
In the kitchen, tons of cabinets, drawers, and even built-in shelves under the stairs provide storage. It's easier to stay organized when storage is baked right into your home's design plan.
Warm Up Around the Fire
Switch up your family's nightly Netflix routine with time spent chatting or playing card games next to a cozy fireplace. Built-in shelving provides ample room for books, while the cabinets below are the perfect spot to stash board games or puzzles.
Farmhouse #3: Lowcountry Farmhouse
With this house plan, we know where you'll be hanging out all spring and summer long: on the porch. There's plenty of room for rocking chairs, porch swings, and side tables.
With a spacious farmhouse sink and wood paneling, this kitchen embraces trends, yet will never look out of style.
Oversized windows spanning nearly from floor to ceiling let natural light spill into the bedroom. Don't want to wake up with the dawn? Don't worry, light-blocking drapes look luxe and make the room feel taller.
Farmhouse #4: Farmhouse Revival

An Outdoor Home Office
Spending more time at home this year? We have a feeling the porch will become not only your favorite place to gather with friends, but also your second home office. Fact: Zoom meetings are much more enjoyable from a porch swing.
Clean, Cozy Kitchen
A large island with built-in storage anchors the kitchen, creating a gathering spot for friends and family. This is where everything happens: from meal prep to homework help.
Farmhouse #5: Little Blue Farmhouse
In this three-bedroom, three-bathroom house, storage solutions are part of the home's DNA. The kitchen, mudroom, bathrooms, and even the staircase all boast ample storage.
While this space can be adapted to fit any color scheme you like, we can't stop admiring these eye-catching blue cabinets.
With tons of cabinets, drawers, and hooks for stashing outdoor gear, you can keep the mess contained. Conveniently situated next to the laundry room, you can toss snow-soaked garments right in the dryer.
Wilson Design & Construction
Have you ever been to a Southern Living Showcase Home? If you run across one in your travels, definitely check it out! Its always fun to actually go inside a certain house plan so you can envision it as your very own. But its also helpful to go inside to see not necessarily how they have a room decorated, but how the furniture is placed you can see if you like the flow that way or if you prefer it a different way. Todays house plan is a beauty.
This is the Whiteside Farm house plan, designed by Todd Wilson for Southern Living House Plans. This plan is 3, square feet with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms are located downstairs. The master suite is on the left and there are two additional bedroom located on the right side of the house. (Click the Whiteside Farm link above to see images of interior as well!)
There is a generous front porch that leads to an elegant foyer. This plan has so much. An open kitchen/family/dining room. A rear porch and a rear screened porch. Wow.
The kitchen is fabulous and includes a pantry (I hear the angels singing) take a peek at all this plan has to offer, which is quite a bit!
Upstairs there is another bedroom/bathroom, a rec room and a storage room. Whats not to love about this plan? This bedroom or rec room could also make a good studio (whether its art, yoga, exercise, photography) or fabulous office space for those working from home!

3 Reasons to Choose House Plan
Todd Wilson, of Valdosta, Georgia, and his team at Wilson Design & Construction dreamed up House Plan , also known as Whiteside Farm, and got it juuuust right. It's packed with all the good stuff, but is a reasonable square footage. It's painted in charm, but still feels fresh, clean, and tidy. Most importantly? It sure is Southern. Here, a few reasons we'll be pinning House Plan to our dream home Pinterest boards.
Big Amenities, Manageable Size
This is perfect for families that are growing in every direction, with the storage and functionality of a mega-mansion, all packed into a reasonable square footage of 3, square feet. Both floors feature bonus rooms that can easily convert from playrooms to offices to craft rooms back to playrooms, if need be. An office downstairs and rec room upstairs means everybody's got a space for day-to-day life. Plus a spacious two-car garage and extra storage upstairs means you may actually have the chance to put all those pinned "organization hacks" to work.
WATCH: Here's Why 1, Square Feet Is The Best Size For A Home
The farmhouse-style design is not short on style either, calling on iconic Southern details that guarantee the house will age into perfection. The almost-wraparound front porch offers plenty of space for nostalgic porch-sitting, though if you prefer a little more privacy there are TWO porches off the back (one is screened). Talk about options. A metal overhang on the front porch calls on sensible metal farmhouse roofs of days before.
The More, The Merrier
The house is begging to host Christmas this year. The foyer perfectly leads to the wide-open family rooms which adjoins the kitchen, dining room and back porches. (Let us reiterate: porches. Plural.) So you can get a big old tree, and pile everyone on in.
Modern Farmhouse with Front Porch
Designed and built by Todd Wilson of Wilson Design & Construction, Inc., this modern farmhouse with front porch brings beauty to our day and shows that modern farmhouses dont need to feel cold, bare have all-white interiors.
Being one of the most popular Southern Living Showcase Homes, this Valdosta, Georgia project began as a custom home and its actually part to Southern Living House Plans for resale (“Whiteside Farm” (SL)), so if youre dreaming of building a farmhouse, this home might be the inspiration you were waiting for. Just make sure to send me pictures or invite me over for a glass of a lemonade on that porch after your home is ready. 🙂

Inspired by this simple compliment, she began to turn this way and that, showing Matt her body. Of course, he has seen her naked many times already, but if every. Time it gives him pleasure, why not turn your hips and shake her ass and tits again. And Irene herself was always especially aroused if a man devoured her with his eyes.

I asked hoarsely. My husband did not answer, only squeezing my buttocks tighter. - How many of them will there be ?, - my breathing began to choke convulsively. I was surprised to realize that the second orgasm is not far off. - Two.
