"Employees were incredibly helpful and polite. Not at all what I expected in a government office. It was delightful."
Elizabeth Marston - February, 2020
"Pretty strange for a five star government agency review but the top notch service I received warrants it. Free parking, no crowds, no waiting lines, helpful employees what else you need?"
rikka Danish - September, 2017
"EDIT: 5 star review. I showed up to this office in person to get my name changed. I waited maybe 10 minutes before being called (it was a snowy day and might’ve been why the wait wasn’t long as not many people were there.) At the window, the gentleman was very nice and helpful. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. He also apologized to me about the ripped documents and told me that all their mail is sent to another federal building where it gets opened and checked before it is sent to them. They do this as a precaution since they’ve had dangerous things sent to them, he was saying. Therefore my experience with this office itself was good and I would go back if needed. \n\nOriginal: 1 star review. Sent in my marriage license and my application to change my name. It was sent back to me because I didn’t send in enough information to prove it’s me, which is fine, whatever. My issues is who is opening up their mail with such disregard? My certified marriage license is hanging on by a thread as well as the application. I’m going to go in in person and they’re going to take this marriage license. There’s absolutely no way they’re getting my other good copy. Absolutely absurd."
Rachel Thomas - November, 2019
"Better that any other Denver Metro office! Especially Aurora, Lakewood and Downtown. If you need to save time, traveling to this Louisville location is DEFINITELY worth the drive!"
Sir Brandis DeWray - CEO - December, 2019
"Dealing with this office for the last twenty years has been an experience in pain, frustration and trauma. There is not a single person in this office who is capable of human decency or compassion. You cannot speak to a manager unless they want to talk to you. They decide you are yelling if they don’t like what you are saying even if you are calm and reasonable when saying it. Mrs. Brooks is absolutely the worst nightmare of a representative i have ever dealt with in any organization in my entire life. She uses bullying tactics and threats to get people to comply. Look to this office for people who want you to know for certain they hold absolute power over the fate of your life and you must grovel like the lesser human you are before them ...or else. Fear is the product they sell and they sell it well. I pray you only have to deal with these people for something simple like a name change or replacement card. Anything else? May the force be with you and hope you have a good lawyer."
