Need for guidance

Started about a month ago and on boarding was terrible. Understaffed and miserable employees make for uncomfortable work environment. It would help if job descriptions were clear and more training were offered. Also, if management followed through with enforcing corporate rules and supporting those of us who have strong work ethic willing to step up. Existing lazy employees get away with too much then get aggravated and mean when someone comes in and intimidates them by doing actual work. This is why there is such a turnover. No clear boundaries and expectations. Lazy people know they can do "just" enough cause they are needed.

Good people but management doesnt

Working with the people who have been these was a fun experience but they hired on part time then expected me to come in on almost every day off. There was a chicken strip.and about an inch of dust nobody cared about. They told me to sanitize with hot water.

Easy Job with poor management and unfair bosses.

The Pilot in Canton, OH is a decent place to work for with a few exceptions. First, You can get consistent hours but will have a hard time getting full time status. Even at full-time status, United Healthcare is not perfect and has flaws as far as ALOT of doctors are out-of-network. Second, Management is not all bout respecting you and valuing your hard work. Even a slight mistake gets you scolded. Third, This goes without saying, this company prioritizes profits and it doesn't seem to care about it workers' opinions on what the company can do better. Each store has a budget and a certain amount that can be full-time and part-time. Many of my coworkers feel stressed out over the amount of work that needs to be done in an 8 period, especially in the kitchen.

Hello it seems pretty clear that there are some management problems as well as the quality of pay the employees are getting. I believe if management was well trained with proper courses every quarter and adjust the payroll there would be quality and happy employees believe me seems to be an easy fix it's just a matter of if or when it will go into action
