Welcome to our chalet! We are Tracy and Sharon Harris from Murfreesboro, TN. Tracy is a real estate agent and property manager and Sharon takes care of the property books. We both love the outdoors, working in the yard, and gardening. Tracy enjoys CrossFit, running, hiking and working in his shop. Sharon is a wonderful cook, and loves sewing and taking care of her family. We are both active in our local church. We have 4 daughters and 3 grandsons. Our as-advertised hand crafted cabins are exactly that! Each ′s inspired cabin was built by family members for the purpose of preserving our Appalachian Smoky Mountain culture and to provide a legacy for their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to come. In fact, three of our cabins bear the names of grandchildren! Grandpa Bill not only made the front doors for each cabin but all of the kitchen cabinets, too! Each board was hand-picked, each joint expertly crafted, and each nail or screw strategically placed, just so you, our guest, would feel special each time you visited. In each cabin you will find a vintage photograph of our original family members, Sallie and Obie Greene, who settled here in the Great Smoky Mountains in the ′s. We hope you will take the time to notice their expression of joy and true love as they stare at each other, oblivious to the camera and the outside world. We are proud to say this legacy of love has certainly been passed down through the last four (so far!) generations.

When we first arrived the toilet continued to run. I contacted the manager who seemed aggravated.
This property was dirty. The wooden floor made my white socks black. I am allergic to dust. There was so much dust on the two lamp shades all of it rolled off after a gentle cleaning . The fans, one in the kitchen and the above the bed, were white instead of brown. I took a bath in a tub that had not been cleaned. You could feel the soap scum from previous occupants. I cleaned the wooden floor and vacuumed the rugs. We left late after loosing half a day waiting for a repair man to fix the toilet. I would not allow any repairman gain entry in my own home, let alone a vacation condo. Our belongings were there. The manager requested us to do just this.The only thing he was worried about was his rating. He also stated there wouldn't be a refund of funds. Approximately six weeks prior to our vacation we were notified by the manager there had been a problem with the cleaning staff. They had quit. He stated he had hired a new cleaning company and everything should be fine. Unfortunately, the manager learned of this disgust on the 26th. He was not happy with us. Later, after I informed how bad his condo was, he stated a supervisor was going to review the cleaning staff. Vrbo has always had excellent rentals before, but this one misrepresented itself. Before this one goes back on Vrbo, please review it.

Great location with nice amenities
Very nice, clean and comfortable property with good amenities. Great access to all the fun things to do in the area! Property owner had very good communication and competitive pricing. Would recommend to a small family of 3 or a couple looking to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains and the surrounding area.

Amazing Stay
This was our fourth time staying at River Stone. It's still as great as the first time we stayed. The unit was very clean, and most of all, very quite. It has everything you need to make your stay more like home. The manager of this unit is very helpful , professional, and quick to respond to any questions you might have. If your vacation plans includes Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend look no further than River Stone Resort. Going through VRBO saved us a ton of money. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place to stay!
The condo is great! Clean and comfy. The playground is close by, which was nice for the kids. The indoor pool is big with a kiddie pool & hot tub. The outdoor lazy River was fun too. If you walk to the lobby they have coffee every morning. You can walk down to the river too. We’ll definitely stay here again. It was perfect for a quick getaway.
