Land Development

Parker Ranch is fully committed to preserving and promoting the things we all love about the Waimea community. The Ranch understands the necessity of long-term planning, responsible land management, and sustainable growth so that future generations may continue to enjoy the natural beauty and quality of life that characterizes Waimea.

Parker Ranch’s strategy for managing the land asset is focused on stewardship of the land that takes full advantage of the global economy and selected sectors of demand for land in Hawai‘i, and at the same time protecting and enhancing the exceptional natural and cultural setting found on the Ranch and in Waimea.
Parker Ranch’s vision is to be as powerful an economic engine for the Waimea area as it was under founder John Parker; a successful, sustainable, responsible business venture with staying power, committed to high standards of quality.

Waimea Town Center Plan

The Waimea Town Center Plan (formerly known as Parker Ranch 2020) provides the long-term vision for the development of Parker Ranch’s lands within the immediate Waimea area. Richard Smart recognized the influence Parker Ranch had on the future growth and character of Waimea. He foresaw that unless Ranch lands were made available, Waimea would continue to develop as a linear town, extending from Mud Lane down towards Kawaihae. He hoped the Waimea Town Center Plan would allow Waimea to maintain its “traditional village” character through the expansion of the Town Center Area.

Recently, Parker Ranch provided 24 acres for the Waimea District Park to fulfill prior rezoning commitments made to Hawai‘i County. The Park offers indoor and outdoor recreational facilities for the families of North Hawaii.  The first phase includes a covered play court building with three courts, a multi‐purpose field with spectator seating and lighting for nighttime use, a playground, and parking. The park is adjacent to the Parker Ranch rodeo arena, accessed off Ala ʻŌhiʻa.

Big Bend Ranch Rodeo 2021

The 2021 Big Bend Ranch Rodeo is now in the record books.

The August 13th-14th event was full of excitement, sportsmanship and suspense. The best cowboys from Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Kansas are always amazing as they show off their skills. We continued the “2 go” format and the cowboys provided lots of excitement and entertainment for the spectators each evening.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Hatchet/Falcon Valley team from Southern Arizona who were the 2021 BBRR Champions. Besides cash and prizes, the team wins an automatic bid to the Working Ranch Cowboys Association World Championships held in November in Amarillo, TX.

Parker County Rodeo 2010

So, everything is going well, the issue has been resolved with Yulka, Georgy is left, but with him I will certainly solve everything. Tatyana took off all her clothes, collapsed on the bed, and pulled Yulka's head to her pussy. Spring, George was in a great mood. At work, everything went great, the management was happy, the salary was raised. Changes also took place in Georgy's personal life, he met with Tatyana, and their relationship acquired an increasing tint of a serious relationship every day.
