NORTHPORT, NY — The Northport High School class of 2021 is officially moving on to the next chapter in life.

The senior class celebrated graduation on Saturday alongside their peers and families at Tiger Stadium, according to the school distrct. Seniors gathered to be recognized for their accomplishments and receive their diplomas following four years of hard work.

Principal Daniel Danbusky reflected on the difficult circumstances that students were forced to endure this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. He emphasized that he hopes the challenges will teach students about how to rethink what they have learned and adapt to the situations that life throws at them.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our North Port High School website. Over the summer this website will be updated to reflect the information you will want to have for the upcoming 21-22 school year. As that takes place, if there is anything you need, please email or call the main line at NPHS. We do have limited staff over the summer, and the school is closed on Fridays and the entire week of July 5-9, but someone will get back to you in a timely manner.

As we enter the 21-22 year, please stay up to date with all the events on our campus. Knowing where to look is extremely important. On our website under NPHS Announcements, is a tab labeled Bobcat News (click on) and again click on Bobcat News Link. Every day during the school year, the same announcements which are sent out to all staff are loaded there about 8 am for parents and students to view. If you go back to the homepage and go to the top right of Upcoming Events, is the tab for the school calendar. Athletic events and after-school events. NPHS also maintains a Facebook page and Instagram account and the athletic department maintains Twitter and YouTube accounts.  Our coaches all use similar methods to promote their sports. The Cambridge AICE and VPA programs have their own additional pages which are linked to the main page.

North Port High School strives every day to be a leader and to produce leaders in our community. Our mission statement declares our intention of developing socially responsible individuals in their community and beyond. Please stand with us as parents and neighbors in supporting our youth in their development. We’d love to discuss ways for you to donate time or resources to enhance our learning environment, and equally important, we’d like to hear how we can support the community through volunteer services, internships, and participation in community events.

I’m proud to be the Principal of North Port High School where every day we strive for success.

Now I honestly admitted to myself that oral sex with my husband did not give me such strong sensations. Apparently, it was a moral and emotional component.
